It is well known that the greatness of the Italian cuisine is due to the ingredients used, and therefore I became obsessed in finding and creating these essential ingredients, for example, homemade guanciale for the perfect Amatriciana sauce or preparing my own canned tuna fresh from sea. I also believe that Mediterranean food, as tasty as it is, remains very healthy, providing the ingredients are fresh and natural.
I have shared many of my travels in this way. I have taken my friends through old historical cities, wonderful coasts and secluded traditional villages thanks to the dishes served at my regularly occurring banquets.
When meeting up with friends was no longer possible due to the global situation, I couldn’t just stop sharing the culture and taste I love so much, hence I decided to create a few selected recipes that could be stored and shared with my dear friends and relatives whilst maintaining the high standard of ingredients and traditional cooking styles. This way, I can continue to share my adventures and my commitment to good, authentic, and healthy cuisine.
